    The Town of Bentley Council has also undertaken a review of the Town’s Land Use Bylaw (LUB). The LUB follows and supports the policies of the MDP through regulations. The LUB is the “everyday” document that regulates the use and development of land within the Town. The LUB will be amended to support the MDP’s policies and to also provide improved clarification & consistency.
